Secure deal, acceptance by brief, open rules

AI can’t do it right. A human gets it right.

Writing, code, design, video, sound, 3D. You describe the job point by point and put the money into a secure deal. The freelancer hands in the result along with drafts and edit history. You check every point, and only then do they get paid.

Why we built this

Sound familiar? We have been there too

The work was generated and passed off as original

Here the freelancer hands in the result with drafts, edit history or commits. Still unsure? Ask for a call and let them show you how they did it.

The brief was vague, so there was nothing to argue about

You describe the job as a list: scope, keywords, what the result should be. Later you accept the work against that same list.

You paid upfront and got nothing

The money sits in a YooKassa secure deal. The freelancer gets it once you accept the work or the arbiter settles a dispute.

A dispute was settled on a hunch

The arbiter scores each point of the brief separately, and the outcome comes from a formula. The rules are public, so you can read them before you start.

Features

How we keep the deal calm for both sides

Every feature is here to take care of a specific headache.

Secure deal

The money goes into a YooKassa deal and waits until you accept the work. The platform itself never holds it.

Itemized brief

Up to 30 acceptance items. When a freelancer bids, they agree to this exact version of the terms.

You can see how the work went

Edit history, commits, drafts and source files come with the delivery. If it ever comes to a dispute, that is the freelancer’s best argument.

Live defence

You can ask for a call where the freelancer shows how they did the work.

Rule-based arbitration

There are nine rules and all of them are public. In the ruling the arbiter goes through every point and explains why.

Fair rating

It comes from a formula: how many jobs went without disputes, how many disputes were lost, where all revisions were used up.

How it works

From a task to finished work

  1. 1

Describe the job point by point

The job wizard asks you everything in turn: the category, what you need, how to deliver it, the scope and the points to accept it by. The points are numbered, and you check the work against them.

  2. 2

    Pick a freelancer

Freelancers bid on a specific version of the terms. You can see each one’s rating, profile and identity check. If you change the terms, everyone who bid has to confirm them again.

  3. 3

    Pay into a secure deal

The money goes into a YooKassa deal and waits there. The freelancer starts once the payment is confirmed. You talk everything over in the job chat.

  4. 4

Accept the work point by point

Go through every point of the brief: either it is fine or it needs another pass. You can ask for up to three revisions. If you do not respond for a week, the work counts as accepted.

Acceptance

Work is accepted point by point, not by eye

Each point of the brief is checked on its own. If something is off, the client sends specific points back, and the freelancer knows exactly what to fix. There are three revisions at most, so it never turns into endless edits.

  • Only the points the client named get reworked
  • No more than three revisions per job
  • A week of silence from the client means the work is accepted

Disputes

A formula decides the outcome

The arbiter scores every point of the brief: done (1), not done (0) or partly done (a fraction). The average across all points is the completion score C. The outcome depends on that number, not on how the arbiter feels that day.

// правило 5

C = average over brief items

C = 1

Payout to the freelancer

Every point is done, so the freelancer gets the money.

0 < C < 1

Revision or partial refund

The freelancer reworks only what is missing. That takes 7 days, or up to 14 for a big job.

C = 0

Full refund

If nothing was done, the client gets everything back with no fee.

  • Ruling within 3 business days
  • A score and an explanation for every point
  • Both sides get to tell their story

Pricing

The client pays exactly the job price

We take our fee out of the freelancer’s payout, and only when the deal goes through. If the money goes back to the client, there is no fee at all.

For clients

Get work you are happy with, and do not overpay.

  • You pay exactly the job price, nothing on top
  • You accept the work against your own brief
  • Up to three revisions, and arbitration if you cannot agree
  • You can ask for proof that a person did the work

For freelancers

Take on clear tasks and stop worrying about getting paid.

  • A clear brief with points, no “just make it look nice”
  • The money is already in the deal when you start
  • A week of client silence means the work is accepted
  • Your rating comes from a formula, not a mood

Questions

FAQ

Arbitration rules
What kind of work can I order?

Anything you can describe as a list and deliver as a result: writing, code, design, video, sound, 3D. Files up to 2 GB are fine, and anything heavier or a repository can be handed in as a link.

How much does it cost to post a job?

Nothing on top of the job price for the client. We take a 12% fee out of the freelancer’s payout, and only if the deal goes through.

What if the work is not delivered on time?

Open a dispute. If the freelancer missed the deadline through their own fault, you get all your money back.

Can we agree on different terms in the chat?

You can, but a dispute only takes into account changes made through “propose changes”. That way nobody can say “but we agreed” later.

Who settles disputes, and how fast?

The platform arbiter, following the rulebook, within 3 business days. The ruling explains the score for every point. You can still go to court if you want.

How can I check that a person did the work?

Say in the job terms that you want proof of process: edit history, commits, drafts, source files. If you still have doubts, ask for a live defence, a call with the freelancer.

How does a freelancer get access to jobs?

Turn on the freelancer role, confirm your phone and pass the identity check. Then the job feed opens up.

When does the freelancer get paid?

When the client accepts the work. If they stay silent for a week, it is accepted automatically. The arbiter can also award the money after a dispute.

Can I both order and do jobs?

Yes. One account has both roles, and you can switch between them in your dashboard.
